- A highly respected company with a track record in delivering multistorey apartments, offices and mixed use developments
- $30m+ apartment project upcoming in the inner north, 7 storeys, double basement, good access
- May start for preplanning and early works
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Experience/Qualifications:
- A stable track record in supervision of medium rise commercial or apartment projects
- Certificate III or IV in OHS
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- Tower crane experience a must
- An ability to lead a site team consisting of Foremen, OHS/Labourer and other site based personnel
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
