About the Role: You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to handover, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The current project is based in Brighton, comprising high-end townhouses built over a communal basement. You’ll be with a highly experienced Project Manager. The role requires confident leadership, clear communication, and a deep understanding of construction methodology and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the job from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Monitor budgets, timelines, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management
Ideal Candidate:
- Min 5+ years’ experience within a Site Management role within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes, OH&S, and contracts
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline
