- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
- Liaison with clients, building management and other project stakeholders on a daily basis.
- A stable track record in supervision in commercial building space- experience in live environment and/or education would be ideal
- Certificate III or IV in OHS
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- A salary package up to the value of $200k, dependent upon experience, with phone, laptop etc provided
- Permanent salaries available, though fixed term employment or contract based will be considered.
