The Role
You will take ownership of a highly detailed $4.5M architectural renovation in Armadale. While this sits below their typical $10M–$15M builds, it is a flagship project with a key client and architect, making it a priority for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend program meetings and help drive project delivery to schedule
- Work closely with the Project Management team for seamless execution
- Review architectural drawings to ensure alignment with documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site activities
- Manage timelines, budgets, and day-to-day site performance
- Oversee client relationships from contract through to handover
- Run weekly meetings with the architect and client
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with an architectural builder
- Strong track record delivering projects up to $10M–$15M on time and on budget
- Established subcontractor network and confident site leadership style
- Trade background preferred (carpentry highly regarded)
- Experience managing tight-access sites
- Confident delivering complex, one-off architectural builds
- Basement construction experience is highly advantageous
