- Upcoming project in the Berwick region
- Great project pipeline for 2026 - they have over 12 in the field and are expanding
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Experience/Qualifications:
- A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects or high end residential with commercial building elements
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Exposure in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore is required
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
