- A highly respected commercial construction company with strong history in Melbourne
- Lead a $6m community centre in Melbourne’s west – Melton/Deer Park corridor
- Greenfield project – in ground services, new build and medium grade finishes.
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Experience/Qualifications:
- A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects with new build experience imperative
- Certificate III or IV in OHS
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
