This role will see you managing the full demo of flooring project, for a nationally recognised store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for retail fitout projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and centre management requirements
- Monitor program, budgets, and variations
- Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers
- Drive defect-free handovers within tight timeframes
- Proven experience delivering retail or commercial fitout projects
- Strong knowledge of services coordination and centre regulations
- Ability to manage live retail environments and tight programs
- Trade qualification or construction-related background preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
