Known for delivering complex and beautiful architecturally designed new builds across all of Melbourne's affluent suburbs. This thriving business is seeking an experienced high-end site manager to join their team to manage a beautifully designed & complex projects up to $5M

The role:
- Managing all work carried out on site
- Directing progress of stages and monitor compliance with construction documents
- Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
- Engage with sub-contractors and scheduling of work on site
- Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
- Maintaining and updating the schedule
- Completing quality assurance inspections
- Monitoring and controlling ETS spending
To be considered:
- Previous & proven experience as a Site Manager for an architectural builder is required
- History of delivering projects up to $5M - on time and within budget
- A trade base of contacts and history of successfully handling subcontractors
- Trade background (ideally), carpentry highly regarded
- Competent working with tight access projects
- A confident mindset for delivering one off and complex builds
