I’m working with a WA-owned Design & Construct specialist who have been carving out their space in the industrial market for over 7 years. With a strong pipeline of confirmed projects stretching well into 2026, they’re now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a new build from day one through to handover.

What we’re looking for:
- Trade-qualified Carpenter/Joiner or similar relevant background
- Proven track record managing WA commercial sites over $20m
- Experience delivering multi-level projects (5+ levels) with tower crane on site
- Confident working with subcontractors to drive deadlines and quality
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety with current First Aid
- Proven ability working with the industries latest construction management software
- Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
