Due to some success in recent tenders, Fetch has been engaged to assist in searching for an experienced Site Manager who has demonstrated the ability to run single and double storey $20m construction site from inception to handover.
Position Perks
- $160k to $180k + Super depending on previous experience.
- Monday to Friday’s, no weekends!
- Family friendly hours 7am – 4pm.

Role Requirements
- Carpenter/Joiner trade qualification essential.
- Experience running WA commercial construction sites over $10m from inception through to handover.
- Solid understanding of Australian building practises and regulations.
- Proven Health & Safety record and current First Aid training.
- Police check validity within 6 months.
- Keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to effectively liaise with consultants, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving sub-contractor performance on site to achieve project deadlines.
- Australian Permanent Residents only.
