Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of commercial construction sites
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
- Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project managers
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Plan and schedule work to optimise productivity and resources
- Manage deliveries, materials, and on-site logistics
About You:
- 7+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role in the WA construction market
- Trade Qualified Carpener/Joiner or similar industry relevant qualification
- Genuine passion for construction and motived to deliver quality builds
- Excellent track record of delivering projects on time with minimal defects and a clean OHS record
- Experience on commercial construction projects such as shopping centres, distribution centres, or commercial buildings between $15m to $30m
- Full working rights in Australia.
