Due to several new project wins, they are seeking a proven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new $10m government construction project north of the river.

Your background:
- Trade qualified carpenter, engineer, or similar industry relevant qualification
- Experience delivering multi-storey projects $5M+ as a Site Manager in WA
- Strong understanding of Australian Standard construction methods and regulations
- Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, safety and QA
- Capable of driving programs while maintaining build quality
- Great communicator with a proactive attitude
