Your Responsibilities
- Day to day supervision and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to program and to quality standards
- Actively working with the PM in development and management of construction programs, building methodology and maximising site efficiencies
- Contributing to the identification and response of project risks and opportunities
- Ensuring site KPI’s and key project controls are met
- Participation in site meetings and project reporting of site activities
Experience/Qualifications:
- A stable track record in supervision of refurbishment and fitout in the commercial building space - experience in live environment works essential
- Certificate III or IV in OHS
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
