Are you a driven Site Manager looking to take the lead on quality projects in the beautiful South West? We’re working with a well-established, locally owned builder renowned for delivering high-quality commercial builds throughout the Bunbury region. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they’re now seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join their growing team.


About the Role: As Site Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver a range of projects – from bespoke residential homes to multi-unit and commercial developments.

  • Up to $150k + Super + Vehicle + Fuel 
  • Full-time permanent position 
  • Newly awarded $6m project - manage from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Maintain site schedules and report on progress
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment deliveries
  • Uphold quality assurance standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and consultants


What We’re Looking For:
  • Relevant trade background or building qualification
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects with a head contractor 
  • Strong understanding of WA building codes, OH&S regulations, & construction methodology
  • Exceptional organisational & leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and project documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
