About the Role: As Site Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver a range of projects – from bespoke residential homes to multi-unit and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain site schedules and report on progress
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment deliveries
- Uphold quality assurance standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and consultants
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant trade background or building qualification
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects with a head contractor
- Strong understanding of WA building codes, OH&S regulations, & construction methodology
- Exceptional organisational & leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and project documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
