- A boutique builder that do a mix of their own developments and third party builds – seeking accomplished SM to lead $12m medical centre – this project will run until 2027
- Greenfield project, basement car park + 3 levels – bored piers, precast, muti level concrete structure with high end commercial finish
- 5 day working week, dedicated PM and CA to support you.
- Project confirmed, buiding permit granted, site establishment underway - start by the end of July or sooner if you are available
Your Responsibilities
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Preparation of fortnightly look ahead programs and updating work schedules
- Supervise and drive subcontractor performance to ensure that work meets quality standards and timelines
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
- Coordinate with your nominated PM and project consultants
Experience/Qualifications:
- A stable track record of employment at SM level, with a trade grounding in carpentry, and proven experience in multi level concrete structures and commercial finishes.
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Exposure in utilising site safety software - they run Buildpass
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
