Due to project demands, they’re looking to engage an experienced Foreman on a contract basis to take ownership of key site activities and drive programme on a live build.
This is a fast-paced, well-structured Tier 1 environment with strong systems and an established site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across designated areas
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
- Drive site safety and enforce Tier 1 standards
- Oversee quality and ensure works meet specifications
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
- Maintain strong communication across trades and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor on Tier 1 or major Tier 2 projects
- Strong commercial construction background (high-rise or large-scale builds preferred)
- Experience working in live, fast-paced project environments
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
