Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of civil construction projects
- Support planning, programming, and subcontractor management
- Ensure works are completed to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
- Assist with project reporting and progress tracking
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within civil construction
- Experience working on civil projects such as roads, bulk earthworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification
- Motivated attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and progress your career
- $90,000 – $105,000+ Super
