Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of civil construction works across a major renewable energy project
- Support site teams with planning, programming, and subcontractor management
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance across site activities
- Liaise with supervisors, project engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery
- Experience working as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within civil construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
- Exposure to bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, or large-scale civil works highly regarded
- Relevant Engineering or Construction-related qualification
- Driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the industry
- $110k – $120k Base Salary + Vehicle + Super
