Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of civil construction projects
- Support site teams with planning, programming, and subcontractor management
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance across site activities
- Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and progress tracking
- Liaise with supervisors, project engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery
- Experience working as a Site Engineer within civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to roadworks, subdivisions, earthworks, or utilities projects highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments
- Relevant Engineering or Construction-related qualification
- Driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the industry
- $90k – $110k Base Salary + Super
