An established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major TMR infrastructure project based at the Port of Brisbane. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, NCRs and project documentation.
- Assist with planning, programming and resource allocation.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers on site.
- Ensure all works comply with TMR specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to the Project Manager.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience as a Site Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience delivering TMR, DTMR, road or transport infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
