Fetch Mining Services are seeking an experienced BIBO Site Admin to support our fast growing gold clients in WA on an 8/6 roster

Whats On Offer:
- 8/6 Roster
- $55 - $60 Per Hour + Super
- Supporting high performing mining team
- Travel coordination, bookings and assisting with general mobilisation duties of current and new staff to site
- Assisting with employee time sheets for processing and pay roll support
- Supporting Mine Manager, Superintendents and Supervisors with roster management and manning requirements
- General administration sites and data entry
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to handle busy / fluctuating work loads
- Ability to work well with others and have a good attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Exposure to using SAP, INX or similar programs
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to complete online inductions
- Will need 2 recent contactable references
- Must be able to commence ASAP
- Full Australian Working Rights - no sponsorship
