- Install commercial joinery, cabinetry and fixtures
- Read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings
- Measure, mark and fit materials accurately
- Install wall linings, partitions, doors, hardware and finishes
- Carry out detailed fit-out work to a high standard
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Previous commercial shopfitting experience
- Ability to work from plans with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
