What you’ll do:
- Oversee and coordinate all service activities across a range of industrial and commercial projects
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and project delivery to meet deadlines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and company policies
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement within the service division
What they're looking for:
- Proven experience in electrical contracting, ideally within the industrial sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of electrical standards, safety regulations, and industry practices
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in electrical or related discipline (highly regarded)
