The Role
As a Senior Surveyor, you will:
- Lead survey set-outs and provide on-site construction support
- Manage survey data, models, and digital documentation
- Liaise with project teams to resolve design and site issues
- Conduct QA/QC checks and oversee equipment maintenance
- Complete survey computations, 3D models, and progress reporting
- Mentor junior survey staff and assist with survey resourcing
- Support client engagement, site visits, and quote preparation
About You
- Proven experience on major land development, infrastructure or road projects
- Qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or Geomatics
- Strong background in land development and construction surveying
- Advanced skills with Leica total stations, GPS and machine guidance systems
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, outcomes-driven, and client-focused
