The Role:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across a water infrastructure project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate works
- Supervise crews and subcontractors
- Plan and implement construction methodologies
- Ensure labour, plant, and materials are effectively resourced
- Monitor progress and maintain site records
- Maintain strong focus on safety and OH&S compliance
- Report on progress and performance to the Site/Project Manager
- Proven experience in a civil Supervisor role
- Exposure to water or pipeline projects (beneficial, not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to drive programme, quality, and safety outcomes
- $155k – $165k+
