The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (or Principal Consultant) to join our Corporate Services Division, with a focus on Finance/ Corporate Services recruitment. If you bring 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or professional services recruitment, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be stepping into a warm desk with existing relationships and plenty of room to grow. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your market while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-end recruitment across the finance vertical – from consultative briefs to successful placement ( NO LIMIT ON ROLE TYPE OR LOCATION)
- Proactively develop new business and strengthen existing relationships
- Use market knowledge to advise clients and position yourself as a trusted expert
- Attract top talent through various sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals
- Qualify candidates and vacancies thoroughly, ensuring lasting placements
- A driven and self-motivated recruiter with 2+ years of experience (ideally in finance, accounting, or business support)
- A natural relationship builder with strong commercial acumen
