The Opportunity You’ll initially step in as a Senior PM, taking ownership of major industrial builds while working closely with the Directors. From day one, you’ll be exposed to the broader business — strategy, resourcing, client relationships, and delivery standards — with a clear plan to transition into a Construction Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of industrial construction projects
- Managing programmes, budgets, and client relationships
- Leading site and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Driving performance across safety, quality, and delivery
- Mentoring Project Managers and junior staff
- Contributing to business growth, systems, and operational strategy
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong background delivering industrial builds (warehouses, logistics, manufacturing facilities, etc.)
- A natural leader who can build and develop high-performing teams
- Commercially astute with strong client-facing capability
- Ambition to step into a Construction Manager role in the near term
