- You will be running one or two projects , depending on size and complexity, and will be supported by a dedicated CA and PC staff.
- You will be overseeing projects from preconstruction to handover.
- Project planning & programming - you will have input into the preconstruction phase
- Be the key contact with clients, building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
- Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
- Leading and mentoring your project team
Experience/Qualifications:
- A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects – D&C experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills – a CA grounding is expected, whilst you are likely to have a minimum of 5-10 projects experience at PM level.
- A salary package up to the value of $220k + super with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
