The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a major defence project, overseeing engineering, planning, commercial, and site delivery functions to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project engineering activities across a major civil infrastructure project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, costs, forecasting, and quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Support project planning, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Drive project delivery and contribute to successful commercial outcomes
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within civil construction
- Experience delivering major infrastructure, defence, or complex civil projects is highly regarded
- Strong commercial, contractual, and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive project performance
- $160,000 – $170,000 + Super + Vehicle + Additional Benefits
