About the Role
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil subdivision projects, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing engineering requirements across major subdivision projects
- Supporting the delivery of projects from planning through to completion
- Managing project documentation, quality, ITPs and technical requirements
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress, costs and program
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
About You
- Proven experience delivering civil subdivision projects
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Excellent knowledge of civil construction methodology
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and project documentation
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes
- Strong understanding of project programs, costs, quality and safety
- Relevant civil engineering qualifications
