Key Responsibilities
- Manage project engineering activities across roads, infrastructure, and subdivision projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, costs, forecasting, and quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Support project planning, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Drive project delivery and contribute to successful commercial outcomes
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within civil construction
- Experience delivering roads, land development, subdivisions, and civil infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial, contractual, and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive project performance
- $155,000 – $165,000 + Super + Vehicle + Additional Benefits
