Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, coordination, and day-to-day delivery of major civil and infrastructure works
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site interfaces to ensure smooth project execution
- Support project forecasting, cost control, procurement, and reporting functions
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Contribute to construction programming, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Provide technical engineering support across project teams and site operations
- Mentor and support junior engineers across the project team
- Proven experience working as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer on major civil, infrastructure, or defence projects
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities
- Relevant Engineering or Construction Management qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach to project delivery
