About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised and motivated Senior   Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end mobilisation process of personnel to project sites, ensuring compliance with client and site requirements, assisting in time sheet submissions, compliance checks, and management of documentation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mobilisation of personnel to and from site, including medicals, inductions, and site access.
  • Interact with recruitment, training, medical, and site teams to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee certifications, inductions, and mobilisation details.
  • Communicate mobilisation details clearly to employees and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding mobilisation progress.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client-specific mobilisation protocols.
  • Manage changes to mobilisation plans and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all time sheets are submitted and approved on-site to facilities seamless payroll processing.
  • Process placements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
 

About You (Key Requirements)

  • Reliable 
  • Previous experience in a mobilisation or workforce coordination role (FIFO industry experience highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and planning skills.
  • High proficiency in communication and skills and be able to engage professionally with both candidates and clients.
  • Previous experience with on boarding systems / portals including INX, Rapid Crews, site pass or similar
  • Previous experience using CRMs including Bull horn, Job Adder or similar
