About the role:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Lead a team through commissioning of a Gold processing plant into operation and optimisation
- Met accounting and reconcilliation for gold production
- Engage with key stakeholders and oversee on-site lab operation
- Optimise perfromance of the MSA and working toward/achieving cost and production KPI's
- Ensure safety and environmental standard compliance
- Provide leadership and guidance to the metallurgical team
- Work closely with Geology and Mining
Experience Required:
- 5+ years' experience with Gold Processing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior role
- Commissioning experience is highly desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Suite
- A demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others in a positive manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of proficiency with SCADA (CITECT) and PLC systems
- Pronto experience desirable
Additional Requirements:
- Degree/Tertiary Qualification in Metallurgy, Process/Chemical Engineering or Similar
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Recent contactable references
- A valid National Police Clearance
- Willing and able to pass a pre-employment medical
