As part of a forward-thinking national team, you’ll oversee the coordination, integration, and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems from design through to commissioning — ensuring technical excellence, programme certainty, and commercial outcomes across projects valued from $100M+.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Lead the design coordination and delivery of MEPF services across multiple high-value projects.
- Collaborate closely with project directors, design managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless building services integration.
- Manage consultants and trade partners through design development, construction, and commissioning.
- Review and optimise designs for constructability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Champion digital design and BIM integration across services packages.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and compliance with Australian codes and standards.
- Proven experience in a senior building services / MEPF management role within Tier 1 or large Tier 2 commercial construction environments.
- Strong technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire disciplines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- Capable of managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (candidates with management experience from trade backgrounds will also be considered).
