The Role
As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major mechanical projects ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with your team, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver excellence at every stage. Bringing new ideas to the table and implementing new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HVAC projects, with a focus on commercial fit out & refurbishment up to a value of $10M
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Oversee budgets, timelines, procurement, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mechanical standards
- Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally
- Support tendering and estimating for upcoming projects
- Proven experience in HVAC project management (ideally $5M+ projects)
- Mechanical trade or engineering qualifications
- Strong understanding of fast paced construction and mechanical services
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and commercial acumen
- Proficiency with project software such as Aconex, MS Project, or similar
