With projects delivered across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, this business has built an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality plastering, rendering and architectural finishes on everything from luxury residential homes through to large-scale multi-residential and commercial developments.
They are seeking a motivated professional to take ownership of the estimating function and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth.

The Role: Reporting directly to the Directors, you will take ownership of the estimating process across a broad range of projects while helping drive business growth.
This role offers genuine scope to evolve into a leadership position and may suit someone who enjoys both estimating and client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing plans, specifications and project documentation
- Managing tender enquiries and pricing requests
- Liaising with builders, developers, architects and key stakeholders
- Coordinating and reviewing work completed by external estimating resources
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities
- Supporting business development initiatives and project acquisition
About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous estimating experience within plastering, rendering, ceilings, fitout, facades, interiors or a related construction trade
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and tendering processes
- Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Desire to contribute to the long-term growth of a business
