Projects include water & sewer pipelines, pump stations, road construction, concrete infrastructure, earthworks, and associated electrical/mechanical works.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed first-principles estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Support bid strategy and tender delivery
- Proven experience estimating civil infrastructure projects
- Strong background in pipelines, pump stations, roads, earthworks, or utilities infrastructure
- Experience using Expert Estimation Genesis software
- Exposure to proprietary modelling platforms and 3D modelling software
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of civil construction methodologies
- $165k – $185k package + super (depending on experience)
