They’re looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team in West Melbourne and take ownership of pricing and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
- Prepare tenders and estimates from first principles.
- Price projects generally around $1M–$2.5M, with the opportunity to progress towards $5M+.
- Review drawings, scopes, quantities and subcontractor pricing.
- Work closely with the delivery team throughout the tender process.
- Follow up tenders and track win/loss results.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
About You
- Strong estimating background across civil, infrastructure, utilities or related construction.
- First principles estimating experience is essential.
- Analytical, commercially minded and proactive.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience with data centres, underground power or civil infrastructure highly regarded.
- Subcontractor experience working with Tier 1 contractors or authorities advantageous.
