- Tier 3 commercial builder working on projects to $40m
- Commercial, industrial and retail projects with repeat clients that offer stability - they also do their ow developments to supplement these projects

- Two project each valued around $30m commencing in the coming weeks– seeking an experienced CA to lead one of these
- D&C projects – office block/mixed use development in Richmond and new shopping centre in Melbourne’s SE
- You will required ample experience as a CA on commercial build projects, Cheops experience would be preferred.
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
