We’re delivering a technically complex project involving controlled environments, high-spec services, and specialist subcontract packages. If you’ve worked on hospitals, labs, cleanrooms or data centres—you’ll know exactly the level we’re operating at.
We’re looking for a Senior Contract Administrator who can take ownership of major packages and thrive in a high-performance delivery team.
The Opportunity You’ll be working on a landmark Perth project with significant services complexity, including:
- High air-change HVAC environments
- BMS / building automation
- Specialist finishes and controlled spaces
- Complex staging and commissioning
What You’ll Be Doing
- Letting and managing large, complex subcontract packages
- Running full procurement from scope through to award
- Managing variations, claims, and EOTs
with confidence
- Driving cost forecasting and monthly reporting
- Working closely with site and services teams to manage risk and programme
- 5+ years Contract Administration experience
- Proven delivery on $20M–$100M+ projects
- Strong exposure to services-heavy builds
- Hospitals or healthcare
- Laboratories or pharmaceutical facilities
- Cleanrooms or controlled environments
- Data centres or high-tech builds
- Strong knowledge of AS4000 / AS4902 & D&C contracts
- Confidence in variations, claims, and EOT assessments
- Experience with Procore and MS Project
