The Company:
- Tier 3 commercial fit out and construction builder delivering projects up to $30m+
- Coming up to 30 years of market presence, successfully delivering projects within the fit out, refurb and new build commercial space.
- Excellent track record of returning clients.
- Currently growing within Victoria and NSW.
The Role:
- Site based safety advisor position - $50m+ valued project.
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
- Project solely based in Wheeler’s hill with close to 2 years’ worth of work to be completed.
- Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company Directors/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Review sub-contractor SWMS.
- Site set ups – signage etc.
- Conduct on site safety audits.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s
Must have:
- 3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
- Excperience using 1Breadcrumb.
- Minimum of Certificate IV in OHS/WHS.
- MUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industry.
