Our clients who specialise in custom renovations are looking for an all rounder to join their teams on a long term basis. Projects are custom architectural projects $500k - $2 million build cost. See below are the locations i am looking to fill at the moment. Full time positions are available after a trial period.
Client 1: Inner south east and East
Client 2: Inner North West
About the Role:
- Work on custom builds, extensions, and detailed renovations across Melbourne’s inner suburbs
- Interpret architectural drawings and collaborate with site supervisors and trades
- Handle all aspects of framing, fix, fit-off, and occasional structural work
- Deliver top-tier finishes to match high client expectations
- Trade Qualification in Carpentry
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in high-end residential construction
- Own tools, reliable vehicle, and current White Card
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Long-term ongoing work with consistent hours
