The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join a growing team. You’ll play a key role on-site, working closely with the Site Manager to ensure top-quality finishes, keep trades accountable, and drive daily site progress across multiple premium builds.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to fine finish
- Support delivery across 2–3 active high-end projects
- Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and apprentices
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and build quality
- Act as the go-to person when the Site Manager is off-site
- Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 5 years on high-end builds
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
- Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
