- Senior Consultant - Blue Collar Trades 360 degree recruitment - contract & perm
- Resourcer/Associate Consultant - Civil Labour Hire Desk - candidate generation.
- Play an active role in account management and business development
- Work on filling multiple placements to build up a successful labour hire work force $$$
- Getting out on site to meet with candidates and clients bringing PPE and Drinks
- Develop knowledge of the market to enable you to generate business
- Manage the full 360 degree recruitment from job spec right down to placing candidates into the roles.
- Sourcing candidates using Seek Talent Search, Bullhorn Mailers, Phone Calls via database, mass txt mgs.
