We’re a fast-growing national team with strong momentum and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne construction labour hrie team.
About the Role This is a 360 recruitment role with a focus on labour hire across construction trades.
You’ll manage an established desk with:
- A candidate database of 20,000+ electricians
- A Client database of over 1,000 contacts
- 75+ Companies with signed terms
- A proven track record of consistent placements (5+ per week, 20–30 staff across multiple sites)
- You’ll be supported by a team of 13+ blue-collar trade consultants who share leads, candidates, and market knowledge.
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
- Background in the construction sector (preferred)
- Proven success in managing a 360 desk and generating new business ** Important **
- Consistent billing history
- Develop growth strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and retain strong client relationships
- Source and place candidates into permanent and temporary roles
- Drive business development through networking, marketing, and lead generation
Salary & Commission
- Annual Base Salary: $70K–$90K ** Depending on Experience
- On Target Annual Commissions: $40K–$100K
- Flexible Fridays (optional workday for top billers)
