About the Opportunity
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process within a small, collaborative People & Culture team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will take ownership of your portfolio and work closely with leaders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes across the business. This is a full 360 role, with the opportunity to work autonomously and really mold this role into your own. This is an office based role, with occasional travel required between locations and to site.

About the Role

Partnering with stakeholders, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles
  • Proactively managing recruitment campaigns, including building and maintaining talent pools
  • Providing advice and guidance to leaders on recruitment strategies to support effective attraction and selection outcomes
  • Coordinating all mobilisation and compliance requirements, including DAS testing and pre-employment medicals
  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment, mobilisation, and compliance records and documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment and mobilisation processes as the business grows
  • Supporting project ramp-ups through effective workforce and recruitment coordination
  • Undertaking site travel from time to time, as required
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment, mobilisation, workforce coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in the mining sector is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Confident and effective communicator who builds strong working relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) essential
  • Experience using ActionHRM or a similar recruitment system is advantageous
