About the role:
- Be the welcoming face of the business, coordinating site access, inductions and general office logistics
- Support the day-to-day running of the Corporate Services function
- Provide practical, hands-on support across reception, office coordination, administration, IT liaison and HR logistics
- This role covers multiple group entities within the business
- A varied, fast-paced position — not a narrow, single-desk reception role, but a broad office coordination function supporting the wider team
Duties:
- Manage reception, including professional greeting of visitors, coordination of site access and inductions, and handling of telephone communications
- Answer and direct calls
- Coordinate meeting rooms and office presentation, including preparing refreshments for meetings and visitors
- Maintain the kitchen and shared office areas
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including management of office supplies/consumables and facilities (liaising with building management and service providers as required)
- Manage mail, couriers and shared inboxes
- Coordinate travel and corporate events as required
- Provide general administration support across the business
- 2+ years' experience in an office/receptionist role
- Self-directed and accurate, with the ability to support a small corporate team through a fast-moving capital build phase
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and high proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Two recent, contactable references
- Willing to work Monday - Friday in the Perth CBD
- Great attitude
- Transparent communication style
