This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring robust systems, processes, and controls are in place to meet contract requirements, ISO standards, and client expectations.
You’ll drive quality performance from planning through to completion, embedding strong site culture, proactively managing risk, and ensuring works are delivered right the first time.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead and champion quality across the project team
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, ISO 9001, and client standards
- Develop and manage ITPs, QA documentation, and risk registers
- Oversee audits (internal & external) and drive continuous improvement
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions, inspections, and close-outs
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes
- Extensive quality management experience within energy, infrastructure, construction, or engineering
- Strong background managing QA systems, audits, NCRs, and compliance reporting
- Confident influencing stakeholders and building a proactive quality culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Engineering qualification (preferred)
- Lead Auditor certification highly regarded
- Experience with TeamBinder or similar quality management systems
