Your Responsibilities
- Project planning & programming - you will have input into the preconstruction phase
- Be the key contact with clients, building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
- Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
- Leading and mentoring your project team
Experience/Qualifications:
- A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects.
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills – a CA grounding is expected
- A track record in managing a project team (SM and CA or PC) and a track record of project delivery as a PM within the commercial construction or fitout sector.
